Refund Policy for Amorio Technologies
At Amorio Technologies, we are committed to delivering high-quality IT solutions, digital services, and consulting. Since our services are primarily digital and customized, they are not subject to physical returns. However, we have outlined our policy on cancellations and refunds to ensure clarity and fairness.
No Returns on Services
As our offerings are intangible digital services, once work has commenced or been delivered, they cannot be returned.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be granted only under the following circumstances:
● Duplicate Payment: If you are charged more than once due to a technical error.
● Non-Delivery of Services: If Amorio fails to deliver services as per the mutually agreed contract or proposal.
● Pre-Cancellation: If you cancel a project before work has commenced, a partial refund may be considered after deducting administrative and resource allocation costs.
Advance Payments & Deposits
● All advance payments and deposits are non-refundable once the project has started.
● For subscription or maintenance services, refunds are not provided for the current billing cycle.
Cancellation of Recurring Services
● Clients may cancel recurring or subscription-based services by providing at least 15 days written notice prior to the next billing cycle.
● Cancellations requested after the billing cycle has started will apply to the following cycle.
Exceptions
Refund requests outside of the above conditions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Amorio Technologies.
